• beTransfer - Secure file sharing service
• beControl - Self-hosted workspace solution
• beChat - Encrypted messaging platform

• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
• Not use our services for illegal activities
• Not attempt to compromise the security of our services
• Not upload malicious content or malware

4. Intellectual Property

lab48 services and their contents are protected by intellectual property laws. beControl is licensed under AGPL-3.0, which allows you to use, modify, and distribute the software under certain conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability

lab48 services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our services.

7. Changes to Terms
